VNCHIP is a leading Integrated Circuit (IC) Design Industry in Vietnam. Founded in 2018, we started from a non-profit company specializing in IC design training with the desire to explore this industry in Vietnam and create more opportunities for graduated students. Since then, we have expanded into the Design Service Field. We considered this training as our core foundation in developing and building the value of our company. In addition, we desire to promote Vietnamese engineers to become International Professional Engineers

Our Leadership
Tristan Luc
Founder/Chairman and CEO
Mr. Tristan founded VNCHIP technology in 2018, where he is currently the Chairman and CEO. VNCHIP delivers cutting-edge solutions across a diverse portfolio of services including Physical Design, STA, and DFT. Tristan brings 12 years of chip design, high-performance microprocessor implementation, and silicon characterization experience for car automotive system-on-chips, cloud, and edge computing to VNCHIP.
Prior to his new role, he was an engineering project leader at Amperecomputing, where he led the physical design of multiple generations of Arm server processors. Prior to that, he helped to build and hire employees for Uniquify Vietnam when the company expanded in Vietnam. Besides working as an engineer, he is also a good mentor and a trainer to help develop the next generation of professional engineers and support them throughout their careers.
Tristan has a Bachelor of Engineering from the Vietnam National University, International University.
Thai Tran
CFO
As the CFO of VNCHIP, he led financial planning and balancing cash flows of the whole and each investment project of the company. With his role, he brings financial soundness and optimizes the value of our firm. With 14 years as a semiconductor engineer and financial investment director, Thai has experience in leading the department of business analysis & firm valuation with more than 10 investment projects in industries such as IC Design, steel, industrial real estate, retail, technology, and agriculture.
He has 8 years of an RTL verification engineer at Renesas Vietnam and Ampere Computing and 4 years of a CFO and Investment Director at VINH MINH JSC (VMINCO).
He gratduated with a Bachelor degree of Physic-Electronic from University of Science - Ho Chi Minh City National University. After that, he continued his study at University of Economics HCM and obtained the Master degree of Development Economics from Vietnam-Netherlands Program. He also got the CFA L1 certificate in 2017.
